And my audiences love the music too... (See: Testimonials ). Here are some of the performances I offer:

 

Richard Shulman gives concerts in the following formats:

Solo piano and keyboards,The Richard Shulman Trio (RSTrio.com), The Richard Shulman Group (a jazz & world music quartet or quintet), Music of Peace Concerts, and Symphony Orchestra, as well as being a guest soloist with various ensembles.

Solo Piano and Keyboards:Photo by Jim Corrigan

A concert of original compositions and improvisations, featuring a spontaneous "Musical Soul Portrait" for the audience. Richard works with piano and a keyboard setup of up to six instruments played simultaneously to create full and varied textures. These concerts may also include standard songs from the jazz repertoire and some vocal pieces.

Standard fee: $500 plus transportation and accommodations within 300 miles of Asheville, NC, $1,000 plus transportation and accommodations beyond 300 miles. (Note there are discounts available for locations within 100 miles of Asheville; Call for info)

Jazz: Richard is also available as a solo pianist or sideman for jazz and other performances. Email or call 828-253-6468 for pricing and schedule.

Conferences: Richard plays for many conferences and shows, providing background music for special programs, ceremonies, and meditations as well as being available for presenting a concert and/or workshop. Standard fee: $1,000 plus transportation and accommodations.

Churches & Synagogues: Richard is available to present music and/or a talk to your congregation. Email or call 828-253-6468 to discuss details.

Special Presentations:

Camelot Reawakened, an evening to inspire dreams coming true. Richard Shulman is available to present the music of his COVR award winning CD, Camelot Reawakened: A Vision Fulfilled, with local orchestras. This piece is scored for small orchestra, choir, piano, and vocal and instrumental soloists.
